About Heery International
Based on their response to Newburyport's Request for Services, the School Building Committee interviewed the three top responders, checked references and ultimately selected Heery International as our Owner's Project Manager (OPM). Heery International has been providing OPM services for over 40 years and has extensive experience in managing school building projects of the size and scope of our project. Heery was also selected to manage the Bresnahan Model School Project and the Senior/ Community Center. Program management encompasses all phases of construction from pre-planning, budgeting and scheduling through design, bid and award, construction and move-in. As a pioneering developer of this service, Heery is recognized for a number of innovations in program management including procedures associated with cost estimating and analysis, scheduling and claims analysis.

Tony Pruner, Owner's Project Director
Anthony (Tony) Pruner, P.E., MCPPO has significant construction management experience,
is a professional engineer and is Certified as an Owner’s Project Manager. He has over
15 years experience leading MA public school projects, of similar scope and complexity,
as an Owner’s Project Manager.
